## About the role

We're looking for a technically exceptional accounting leader to own our external financial reporting and equity accounting functions as we scale. You'll lead our SEC reporting process, oversee equity accounting, and help build the reporting infrastructure, controls, and systems that enable a fast-growing public-company-ready finance organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical accounting challenges while building processes from the ground up.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required (or actively pursuing)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant exposure to SEC reporting (public company or Big 4/public accounting with SEC clients)
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and XBRL
- Hands-on experience with equity accounting (stock-based compensation, EPS, APIC roll-forwards)
- Experience with external reporting/disclosure management software Workiva or alternatives
