## About the role

Ethos is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Finance & Strategy team. The Senior Director, GTM will own financial strategy and performance management for our GTM business. You will serve as a financial thought partner to leaders across Marketing, Product, and Sales, with a specific focus on GTM modeling, user acquisition, profitability, and new business evaluation.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of relevant experience, including:
- 6–8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps (with a material data / financial focus) roles at a DTC or Fintech company
- Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics, including a strong understanding of acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and CLV
- Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of success and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks while hitting deadlines, desire to own and drive projects from Day 1
