## About the role

As the Senior Product Design Manager for Payments and Fulfillment, you will operate as a cross-functional partner and direct design manager across two critical foundations of the marketplace: Payments and Fulfillment. The design team across these two initiatives is small & mighty, though each initiative is very organizationally complex. There is also ample opportunity to influence our UX Foundations in both the Buyer and Seller experience.

- Strong systems thinking and deep expertise unifying complex systems
- Experience mentoring and developing designers, setting clear performance expectations, and supporting continuous growth
- Experience defining and managing org structures is a plus
- Excellent with communication and storytelling, with the ability to align senior stakeholders around vision, tradeoffs and roadmaps
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different teams
