## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for marketing functions (brand, growth, comms, or similar) and for operations functions such as risk, trust & safety, or fraud
- A high bar for performance and what great looks like -- you'd rather leave a seat open than make the wrong hire
- A track record of building passive pipelines, not just managing inbound applicant flow
- Comfort partnering with senior stakeholders -- and pushing back when a process or requirement won't serve the larger company strategy
- Experience improving interview practices: structured feedback, calibrated scorecards, effective debrief facilitation
