## About the role

We’re hiring our first Director of Social Media to put Eve into the world, document it, and build the team that scales the motion.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years in social media, content, or brand, including time owning strategy and production for a brand people recognized
- A portfolio of social work you can point to: accounts you grew, formats you invented, posts that broke out
- A genuine maker, you personally write, shoot, and edit short-form content, and you ship daily
- Deep native fluency across Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, you know what works where and why
- Proven ability to grow an executive’s or founder’s presence on social, including ghostwriting, format, and cadence
- Experience building or running an employee advocacy or evangelism program
