## What they're looking for

- 4–6 years of field marketing experience, with a track record of running both customer events and ABM/regional programs
- A genuine content instinct — you care about the narrative, not just the logistics, and you're comfortable giving input on messaging and assets
- Experience partnering closely with Content and/or Product teams, you know how to translate roadmap and messaging into field-ready programs
- Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple events/programs at once without dropping details
- Comfort with ambiguity and building process where none exists yet
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel 40–50% of the time
