We’re looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Manager, Legal Operations to help build the operational infrastructure that enables our teams to scale effectively. This role sits at the intersection of Legal Operations, Business Operations, Systems, and Cross-Functional Execution , partnering across departments to improve how the company operates.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar operational role, ideally with an early-stage SaaS company
- Experience operating in a fast-growing, high-ambiguity environment
- AI-native skillset, with demonstrated experience building agents and workflows
- In-depth experience with contract legal management and similar operations systems, including building implementations, processes, workflows, and operating infrastructure from scratch
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to identify operational gaps and create practical solutions
