## About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to serve as a strategic thought partner to our Product and Engineering organizations. In this role, you will help shape how Eve evaluates product performance, prioritizes investments, thinks about pricing and monetization, and plans for future growth. You will translate product performance, customer behavior, business trends, and financial information into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders

## What they're looking for

- 5-8+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, growth finance, or a related field, ideally including experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, or other business leaders on growth, investment, pricing, monetization, or strategic planning decisions
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience building forecasts, business cases, financial models, and analyses that connect business performance to strategic decisions
- Strong business judgment and the ability to evaluate opportunities, tradeoffs, and risks in a fast-moving and evolving environment
- Experience working with product, customer, operational, and financial data to understand business performance and inform decision-making
- Ability to partner effectively with Analytics and Data teams, including the ability to define the questions and business problems that need to be solved and translate analytical outputs into actionable recommendations
