## About the role

Everlaw is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead, grow, and empower a team of talented product designers building high-impact user experiences for an AI powered litigation platform. This role sits at the intersection of design excellence and people leadership. It is ideal for a design leader who cares deeply about craft, is comfortable tackling technical challenges, has led teams that have shipped exceptional enterprise AI user experiences, and is motivated to develop people to do the best work of their careers.

## What they're looking for

- At least 5 years of product design experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong track record of shipping complex, high-impact products in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Experience designing for sophisticated users and workflows (e.g., enterprise, B2B SaaS, data-heavy, or regulated domains)
- Process-driven and can communicate complex concepts to drive the team towards a shared vision
- Strong product thinking, interaction and visual design chops
