## About the role

You’ll own the interview coordination process and candidate experience from the first phone call through the final onsite, ensuring every applicant moves through our talent pipeline smoothly and professionally. In a fast-moving hiring environment, you’ll rely on your organizational skills, knowledge of team priorities, and relationships across the business to manage complex schedules and unscripted demands with a calm, collected demeanor.

## What they're looking for

- You have 6+ months of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination, supporting high-volume hiring or complex recruiting processes across different departments
- You have hands-on experience with the ModernLoop scheduling platform and Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
- You communicate clearly, quickly, and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
- You are highly organized and thrive on managing multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
- You have experience using Google Suite and intermediate knowledge of how to maintain and utilize basic spreadsheet functionality
