## About the role

Everlaw is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Engineering to drive technical alignment, system ownership, and process enforcement across our Engineering team. In this high-visibility role, you will focus on Engineering Manager (EM) and Engineering Program Management (EPM) enablement, building self-service automation and tools that act as force multipliers across the entire organization.

## What they're looking for

- You have 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or in a similar technical program/project management function
- You have a background in software development or a deep understanding of software engineering platforms and infrastructure architecture
- You have domain expertise and working Python knowledge in relation to data structures, distributed systems, and business intelligence data analysis
- You are proficient in navigating and leveraging tools like Jira, GitHub, AWS, Salesforce, or Fivetran to build modular data preparations and clean visualizations
- You are a strategic relationship builder who can navigate team dynamics effectively, manage competing priorities, and smoothly unblock technical teams
- You are an excellent communicator who can turn complex technical data into clear, accessible narratives for a variety of audiences
