## About the role

As Director, Enterprise Analytics, you will lead the team that is responsible for translating our largest customers’ needs into optimized acquisition campaigns in the EverQuote marketplace. You will work closely with our customers directly, and with stakeholders in Business Development, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, to shape EverQuote’s offering into the best channel for profitable policy growth for insurance carriers.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of progressive experience in Analytics or a related domain, with a focus on quantitative business problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field OR demonstrated analytical ability or equivalent hands-on professional experience
- Proven experience managing people, ideally including managing senior analysts or managers
- Experience and skill in engaging B2B customers directly
- Strong SQL skills, able to independently pull, shape, and analyze large datasets (Snowflake a plus)
- Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality measurement, confound control
