## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on CRO, site, product, or growth analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field OR demonstrated analytical ability or equivalent hands-on professional experience
- Strong track record of end-to-end analysis: framing an ambiguous problem, doing the work, and landing a recommendation that drove a decision
- Proficient in SQL, comfortable querying and shaping large datasets independently (Snowflake a plus)
- Solid experimentation and A/B testing depth: significance, power and sample sizing, and ideally variance-reduction techniques
- Strong funnel and conversion analysis skills
