## About the role

As a senior analyst on the SEM Analytics team, you will own performance for a portfolio of campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other channels. You will be responsible for daily performance of those channels, as well as identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement. You will report to the SEM Analytics Lead, and will work closely with our Marketing and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for scaling high-value traffic channels.

## What they're looking for

- 2-3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on growth or marketing analytics
- Proficient in SQL, comfortable querying and shaping large datasets directly (Snowflake a plus)
- Strong track record of end-to-end analysis: framing an ambiguous problem, doing the work, and landing a recommendation that drove a decision
- Strong analytical investigation skills, comfortable interrogating performance data to identify root causes
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences
