## What they're looking for

- Work alongside Nathan Romano (Chairman) and Saki Georgiadis (Founder & GP), maximizing their performance across domains
- Own our fundraising machine end to end: build the engine, run it flawlessly, and be in the room with investors
- Participate in voting on pipeline ( Act as the operating partner to leadership, keeping priorities, timelines, and decisions moving
- Own fundraising operations: build and maintain our LP target lists, run the pipeline and CRM, and make sure no follow-up ever slips
- Travel extensively across the US, meeting family offices, foundations, and institutional investors
