## About the role

This is a hands-on Senior Engineer role for someone who loves building. You'll spend most of your time writing code, shipping high-impact features, and solving meaningful technical problems across EvolutionIQ and CCC products. You'll leverage AI and agentic development tools as a core part of your daily workflow, helping modernize existing platforms while building new capabilities that improve the insurance claims experience.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of engineering experience, with a track record of delivering features end-to-end by partnering with Product, defining scope, designing data models, implementing solutions, and maintaining them in production
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, plus experience building applications with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
- Experience designing scalable backend systems, including multi-tenant, multi-user architectures, with strong relational database design skills
- Comfortable using AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools as part of your daily development workflow and able to move between rapid prototyping and production development
- Experience writing technical design documents, participating in code reviews, and contributing to high engineering standards and best practices
- Ability to understand customer business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and clearly communicate business impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
