## About the role

You will work with our internal data science team and dedicated study execution lead who owns enrollment, sites, and day-to-day operations. Serve as a fertility subject matter expert across Product, Growth, and R&D

## What they're looking for

- Board certification in reproductive endocrinology with an established standing in reproductive medicine
- A current academic appointment or equivalent research standing
- A substantial peer-reviewed publication record, and direct experience designing and running clinical studies. Prospective and randomized experience is strongly preferred
- Active participation in relevant professional organizations such as ASRM
- A demonstrated ability to design studies against a budget and a timeline. We are looking for someone who is able to prioritize endpoint selection, cohort size, and trial duration with both a scientific and business lens
- Interested in leveraging the vaginal microbiome to improve fertility outcomes
