## About the role

We're looking for a VP of Finance to own Finance and People at Evvy as we scale into our next phase of growth. This is a broad, senior operating role: you'll be responsible for both the strategic and technical sides of finance — FP&A, capital strategy, and investor relations alongside accounting — while also overseeing our People function.

## What they're looking for

- Head-of or VP-level experience leading a Finance function at a startup, ideally with direct oversight of both strategic finance/FP&A and accounting
- A mix of formal finance training (investment banking, corporate finance, or similar) and hands-on operating experience at a fast-growing startup
- A track record of building financial infrastructure and processes from the ground up — systems implementations, audit-readiness, or scaling a finance team
- Experience managing investor relationships
- Comfort owning People/HR alongside finance, even without a formal HR background
- A builder who's equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
