## About the role

Everything technical in every deal in your region. The center of the job is the Proof of Value, and at Exaforce the SE owns the POV end to end. You set the success criteria with the customer, scope the data sources, run the onboarding, drive the outcome, surface findings the customer did not expect, and land the technical win. Most of your time goes to security operations people: SOC managers buried in alerts, IT managers trying to do it all, and CISOs who need to explain the program to a board.

## What they're looking for

- Run discovery that surfaces pain the customer has not named yet, including walking through a day in the life of their analysts in their own environment
- Deliver demos built for whoever is actually in the room, and hold the thread when the room pushes back
- Own POVs from first scoping call to technical win: success criteria, data source scope, onboarding, execution, wrap-up
- Co-sell our MDR service with the MDR team, including scoping guardrails, SLAs, and escalation paths with the customer
- Present wrap-ups to mixed rooms, translating what you found into business value without losing the practitioners
- Build the region's technical assets from scratch: demo lab, integration guides, POV runbooks, objection handling
