## What they're looking for

- Sales forecasting: help run the forecast cadence. Use data from the CRM to clearly articulate where the business is, why, and what changes it. Sales leaders should be able to walk into a board meeting with your numbers
- CRM maintenance and buildout: The work is underway and under-resourced. You'll take on a meaningful slice of it: object and field design, data mapping, migration testing, cutover, and getting reps to actually adopt it
- Territory planning: Design and rebalance territories as the team grows. Coverage should be fair, account ownership should be clear, and capacity planning should rest on real data
- Revenue reporting: Build the dashboards and the data model underneath them. When two teams disagree about a number, your reporting is the answer
- CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene: Set the standard with sellers. When the pipeline isn't updated or stages are wrong, raise it directly and make the standard stick
- 4+ years in revenue operations or sales operations, with enough range to work autonomously and set your own priorities
