## About the role

IEX is looking for a highly motivated Market Operations Specialist to join our Options Market Operations team. In this role, you will help operate and support the IEX Options exchange, working closely with member firms and internal Product, Technology, Regulatory, and Business teams.

## What they're looking for

- Execute and continuously improve daily market operations procedures for the IEX Options exchange
- Develop deep expertise in IEX systems, market functionality, order types, and external member interfaces
- Support member testing and connectivity in the IEX test environment, including troubleshooting and executing operational requests
- Analyze trading and operational data to investigate client issues, identify risks, and improve processes
- Build and maintain automation tools and scripts that make the Market Operations desk more efficient and scalable
- Review and process member requests, including Obvious Error reviews and other time-sensitive trading issues
