## What they're looking for

- Relevant degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field) OR minimum 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related analytical role
- Experienced in measuring marketing effectiveness and channel ROI such as incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling (MMM), cleanroom, or other marketing measurement method or frameworks
- Demonstrated capability to independently frame ambiguous business problems into data science solutions within marketing analytics and drive end-to-end processes from data extraction to insight implementation
- Ability to design and implement scalable analytical solutions across complex, multi-channel environments
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence senior or cross-functional decision-makers
