## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, 8+ years of product management experience (6+ years with a Master's degree)
- Experience owning product metrics, experimentation, or evaluation frameworks for a ranking, recommendations, personalization, or search system
- Strong technical depth and experience partnering directly with ML Science/ML Engineering teams on model evaluation and tradeoffs
- Demonstrated ability to independently design product experiments, interpret ranking, relevance, or recommendation engagement data, and translate findings into a defensible roadmap
- Track record of driving milestone and release planning for complex, cross-functional initiatives, including proactive risk mitigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
