## About the role

This role sits within our client's Lettings and Marketing Team, and owns the data and insight backbone of the advertising, phasing, and communications activity across the student portfolio. You'll sit at the intersection of data analysis and marketing, turning numbers into decisions that help our homes get seen, phased, and let well. Reporting into the Head of Lettings and Marketing, you will work closely with the Lettings Operations Manager.

## What they're looking for

- Advertising Management
- Set up adverts and manage the phasing of adverts where required, using market research and city knowledge to support decision making
- Track and report on third party advertising platforms, including return on investment (ROI) analysis, new platform opportunities and listing performance
- Own ongoing performance analysis across platforms and adverts, with clear reporting and recommendations for change
- Audit advertising data quality within the CRM system
- Maintain and optimise all of our online advertising systems, including our website and Google adverts
