You'll watch short-form videos and judge how well they're cut — whether the opening grabs, whether the pacing holds, whether the piece lands. You'll write out your reasoning in detail. That written judgment is used to train an AI system, so we need real editorial thinking, not a rating out of ten. You'll also handle some hands-on editing work, making adjustments to cuts, pacing, sequencing, and overall flow as needed.
