- Give you clear ownership of a product area with measurable impact on customer value and business outcomes
- Surround you with experienced security practitioners, engineers, and operators who are genuinely invested in building something great
- Offer a foundation to build on: the detection pipeline is critical to Expel's platform, and there's meaningful work ahead
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Expel's detection pipeline (normalization, correlation, and automated detections and suppressions), from defining the six month vision to driving execution with Engineering and UX
- Establish relationships with internal teams (SOC, Detection Engineering, Engineering) and customers, and use their input, alongside market and competitive signals, to build and prioritize a roadmap that maximizes impact
- Be the voice of your roadmap: clearly articulating value to Detection Engineering, SOC, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders
