## About the role

The Contract Sr. Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure project and team objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Coordinates cross-functional projects and assumes a leadership role in shaping priorities, setting and tracking schedules, driving issue resolution, and ensuring quality.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in project leadership roles
- Advanced knowledge of project management methods and processes, including SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks. Demonstrated success in delivering project scope on time and within budget
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and large clinical projects that are multi-threaded, including teams with more than 8 team members
- Excellent facilitation, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills, including well-developed interpersonal skills in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work in a team environment while remaining self-directed, proactive, and action oriented, with a demonstrated passion for learning new technology
- Strong analytical and qualitative reasoning skills, with the ability to diagnose project performance problems and execute effective corrective actions
