## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in HR transformation, people analytics, or a related operational/analytical role, ideally within a high-growth technology or consulting company
- Experience optimizing operational processes
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Glean, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Gemini to improve workflows and user experience, with the ability to drive adoption across teams that vary in technical comfort
- Strong skill in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel/Google Sheet, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong understanding of core People metrics, including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, and engagement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences
