## About the role

You'll work alongside Faction's founding team to deploy our AI agents against the hardest problems in industrial commerce - taking customers from signed deal to live production, and keeping them there. The role is intensely commercial and deeply product-centric - some days you're on a call walking through a demo you built, other days you're scoping a new feature with engineering. It requires a bias toward action, sharp product intuition, and deep empathy for the people doing this work every day.

## What they're looking for

- A sharp, technical operator who wants to be in the room where deals close and systems go live. Specifically:
- Product taste - especially on UI/UX, copy, AI failure modes
- Customer obsession - craves feedback, watches usage data maniacally
- Low ego - will do whatever it takes, no task too small
- Technical - can read a PR, navigate an ERP schema, and debug an integration without flinching. Comfortable using coding agents and picking up whatever new concepts the job demands
- Comfort in chaos - the role evolves as the company grows - this should energize you
