## What they're looking for

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers and SDETs across manual, automation, performance, and security testing disciplines
- Define and drive the End to End Integration and System quality strategy, test methodology, and release quality gates for the Cloud Networking product portfolio
- Own end-to-end test planning and execution for cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS applications, including functional, regression, scalability, resiliency, and upgrade testing
- Champion a shift-left quality culture by leveraging AI, embedding automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, and observability into the development lifecycle
- Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to assess release readiness, manage risk, and make data-driven go/no-go decisions
- Build and scale test automation frameworks for APIs, microservices, UI, and network device/cloud integration testing
