## About the role

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, proactive and collaborative lawyer to join its in-house legal team to support ezCater’s rapidly growing business. You will be a critical member of ezCater’s lean commercial legal team and an essential business partner to internal clients across various cross-functional groups.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 3-5 years legal experience in a law firm or in-house, with experience in commercial contracts, and membership to at least one state bar
- Excellent ability to negotiate with third parties in both non-confrontational and potentially adversarial scenarios
- Ability to communicate the implications of legal requirements to internal clients
- A strong work ethic, high standards, impeccable integrity, and well-honed analytical skills
- Excellent judgment and ability to balance risk with business objectives, able to operate independently and know when to escalate issues to other in-house counsel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptable to new situations and challenges
