## About the role

We’re looking for a Restaurant Business Partner to join our team! This person will play a pivotal role in engaging catering partners on our platform and ensuring reliable operations and exceptional service to both our partners and customers. They will be a consultative liaison to our external partners, ensuring that partners feel supported and heard and that they understand how to unlock growth levers on ezCater’s platform in a way that fits each partner’s business operations.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years experience partnering with and managing external vendors or accounts, experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred
- Experience leveraging data to make informed recommendations and/or decisions, comfortable working in Excel, Tableau, or Sigma
- Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of success working internally and externally to achieve shared outcomes
- Ability to demonstrate active listening and emotional intelligence to better understand partner feedback and needs
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, demonstrated ability to root cause and craft the right solution
