## About the role

We’re looking for a Sr. Restaurant Business Partner to join our team! This person will play a pivotal role in building trusted and deeply strategic partnerships with ezCater’s enterprise restaurant partners, building shared growth goals for each partner that are grounded in exceptional operational performance, a streamlined offering, and optimized exposure.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years experience partnering with and managing top-tier partners or accounts, experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred
- Track record of success building strong internal and external relationships and rapport, delivering business impact through collaboration, negotiation, and creative problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and distill them into clear recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners, expertise using analytical tooling (eg, Tableau, Sigma, Excel)
- Articulate, executive verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in resolving conflicts and finding creative solutions to address competing interests
- Proven ability to build trust and influence through active listening, empathy, and navigating through others’ perspectives and motivation
