## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, SaaSOps, Systems Engineering, or a highly automated Workplace Engineering role
- Core Programming: Expert proficiency in Python and PowerShell is mandatory, including experience writing asynchronous API integrations, custom webhooks, Java, Bash and complex data parsers
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience developing and hosting automation scripts/services in Azure, with an understanding of cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and key-vault token encryption
- Compliance & Frameworks: Solid operational understanding of designing software systems that comply with NIST SP 800-53/CSF and managing structured data pipelines under ISO 20022 requirements
- AI & Integration Platforms: Proven experience working with low-code/no-code enterprise iPaaS (e.g., Workato, Power Automate) alongside raw code integrations of LLM capabilities
- Security by Design: A defensive programming mindset where token management, least-privilege API permissions, and data privacy are treated as core architecture requirements
