## About the role

We deliver talk therapy across all 50 states through our virtual care service: licensed therapists, the same therapist visit over visit, and 45 or 50 -minute sessions. As demand grows, our therapist team is growing fast, and we need a clinical leadership layer purpose-built to support it.

## What they're looking for

- You are an experienced, fully licensed therapist who has already supervised or led other clinicians and found that you love developing people as much as treating members
- You hold a high clinical bar and can articulate what good therapy looks like, then coach a team toward it without micromanaging
- You are calm and decisive in clinical risk situations
- You think about quality and access at the same time, and you understand that continuity and time-to-care are part of the clinical outcome, not separate from it
- You are comfortable in a fast-moving, remote, technology-forward environment and curious about how AI and good tooling can make clinicians' work better rather than harder
- 5+ years of post-licensure clinical practice delivering psychotherapy providing care to a variety of populations and acuity levels
