## About the role

Factory is seeking a talented Designer to craft compelling marketing and growth collateral that demonstrates our brand externally. You’ll develop visually striking materials - from decks and one-pagers to event signage and social assets - while ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our brand and product’s look and feel. Collaborating closely with GTM and Product teams, you’ll transform messaging into high-impact visual assets.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience - bonus if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or agency environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing collateral: presentations, event materials, digital ads, decks, etc
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback—balancing quality and speed effectively
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, or GTM teams to align visual design with messaging and goals
