## About the role

As our founding GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and scaling the teams that generate Factory’s growth, including Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and GTM Leadership. You will partner directly with leaders to define talent strategy, shape org design, calibrate hiring bars, and attract exceptional talent.

## What they're looking for

- • 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies
- • Experience hiring GTM talent across Sales, Field Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or GTM Leadership
- • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to executives and hiring managers
- • Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills with a track record of identifying and engaging top-tier talent
- • Exceptional assessment skills and strong judgment around talent, hiring, and team building
- • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to challenge, advise, and build trust with senior stakeholders
