## About the role

Factory is looking for a deeply technical, high-agency Head of Developer Relations to define how developers discover, understand, and build with Factory. Will continue building Factory’s trusted voice in AI-powered software development. You will own the end-to-end developer relationship, from technical education and engage with community programs to product feedback and developer adoption.

- Significant experience in developer relations, developer education, product management, software engineering, or technical leadership
- Deep technical credibility and the ability to build, demo, and explain modern software development workflows
- A respected presence in the developer community and a track record of producing content developers trust and share
