## About the role

As Factory builds its Partnerships function, we need a strong enablement foundation to help system integrators, cloud providers, AI technology partners, and others understand, position, sell, and implement Factory.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, solutions consulting, customer education, or a related field
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure effective enablement programs
- Experience enabling enterprise partners, including system integrators, cloud providers, technology partners, or consulting organizations
- Experience supporting both sales enablement and technical or presales enablement
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating on-demand learning content, guided walkthroughs, or LMS modules
- Demonstrated ability to build training, onboarding, and certification programs
