## About the role

Factory is looking to hire a People Operations professional to join our growing team and help build the foundation for an amazing employee experience. This person will have the opportunity to own and scale people programs, improve processes, and help shape our culture as we continue to grow. Own and continuously improve core people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, leaves of absence).

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in people operations, HR operations, or an operations role at a technology company. Investment banking or consulting backgrounds also welcome
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and benefits administration
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside Finance, Legal, IT, or other operational teams
- Demonstrated ability to build, document, and improve scalable processes in a fast-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity, with comfort using people analytics to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
