## What they're looking for

- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination roles (internships and entry-level experience considered)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Bonus: experience with Ashby is a plus
- Are highly skilled in tools like Google Calendar, Guide, Ashby, Slack, and Notion with demonstrated ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently
- Use discretion when working with senior and executive level candidates
