## About the role

Factory is looking for a Revenue Accountant to own revenue recognition and the revenue close as the company scales. This is a foundational role on our accounting team, partnering closely with Accounting, Strategic Finance, and Revenue Operations. You will own ASC 606 revenue recognition across our subscription, committed-use, and usage-based (consumption) billing models, and build the systems, schedules, and controls that make revenue accurate, auditable, and automated.

## What they're looking for

- 4-7+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience
- Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Experience with subscription and usage-based / consumption billing models
- Hands-on experience with billing and ERP systems (e.g., Orb, Stripe, NetSuite)
- Strong reconciliation skills and advanced Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to own processes end-to-end
