## About the role

Factory is seeking talented frontend engineers to help build out the human-AI interaction patterns that define our core platform, enabling our enterprise customers to seamlessly collaborate with advanced AI systems. Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to create elegant, high-impact user-facing features from within a modern React and TypeScript codebase.

## What they're looking for

- A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of experience in frontend development roles
- Proficiency in a diverse set of programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redux, CSS, Styled Component and Tailwind
- 4+ years experience building a highly scalable consumer grade web application with React or similar framework
- This is an in-office position (5 days/week) in San Francisco (walking distance to Caltrain)
