## About the role

Client Solutions Associates are core to FactSet's value proposition and important to promoting product usage and adoption and reducing client cancellations. You will build deep client relationships by developing client-focused processes and solutions, promote high user adoption by implementing product-based workflows, and ensure smooth user onboarding by providing necessary training. Associates gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development.
