## What they're looking for

- 8–12 years of experience in corporate security, physical security, LEO or a closely related field, ideally with experience at both high-growth tech companies and more mature organizations
- Experience building or significantly scaling a corporate safety and security function from the ground up
- Deep expertise in physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm), emergency response planning, and threat assessment methodologies
- Experience running travel risk programs and executive protection, including vendor and partner management for both
- Ability to write and operationalize policy that people actually adopt, clear, proportional, and free of unnecessary friction
- Sound judgment in sensitive and confidential situations, experience partnering with HR, Legal, and Workplace on complex cases
