## About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer, you will help protect Faire's corporate environment across endpoint, network, identity, and SaaS, and play a key role in how we govern the safe use of AI across the company. You will apply secure-by-default standards, champion zero trust, and turn strategy into practical controls, automation, and guidance that teams adopt. Working across leadership pillars, you will help shape our AI governance approach and own much of how it gets put into practice.

## What they're looking for

- Partner with IT teams to harden endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, identity services, and networking
- Design and implement controls that protect company information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse
- Support and help run our endpoint detection and response platform, email security stack, and phishing simulation and awareness programs
- Build the guardrails and enablement that let teams experiment with AI quickly without creating new exposure, partnering with Engineering rather than duplicating their work
- Advise employees on securing endpoints, office AV, and network gear, and publish clear runbooks
- Build and deliver training that grows a culture of security, accountability, and practical awareness
