## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on senior technical hiring across data and/or engineering disciplines (machine learning, data science, software engineering, or related fields)
- Demonstrated ability to close Staff+ and leadership-level technical candidates in highly competitive markets
- Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior engineering or data leadership, with the credibility and business acumen to influence at the executive level
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or scaling tech strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex portfolio of searches, stakeholders, and pipelines simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using pipeline and hiring insights to drive strategic decisions
