fal is looking for a high-agency Growth Marketer to help us execute across launches, partnerships, campaigns, creators, events, content, and whatever else matters most as we grow. This is a generalist role for someone who likes making things happen. Our industry moves fast: a model partner might tell us they’re launching tomorrow. We’re looking for someone who can quickly figure out what needs to happen, pull the right people together, and get it shipped.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, partnerships, community, or a similarly broad role
- A generalist and operator who is equally comfortable coordinating work and executing it yourself
- Extremely high-agency, organized, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to manage multiple fast-moving projects without dropping details
