## About the role

We are hiring our second GTM operations teammate: a hands-on GTM Engineer who owns the execution layer of our revenue systems. You will report to the manager of Revenue Operations and work as the front-line builder and operator for a GTM org of 30, running on one of the most modern, AI-native revenue stacks anywhere.

## What they're looking for

- 3 to 5 years in GTM, revenue, or sales operations at a B2B software company, usage-based or PLG experience is a plus
- Hands-on operator of a modern GTM stack: Salesforce administration (declarative: flows, permissions, reports), a sales engagement platform, and an enrichment tool (Clay strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with APIs and webhooks, you can wire two systems together and debug a broken sync without waiting for engineering. SQL is a plus, software engineering is not required
- Fluent with AI tools as a builder, not just a chat user: you use Claude, Cursor, or similar to script, automate, and ship fast
- High ownership and low ego: unglamorous data work done precisely is how revenue teams win
- CPQ or quote-to-cash experience
