## About the role

fal is building a community of creators, filmmakers, designers, and creative technologists at the frontier of generative media. We’re looking for someone to build and own our influencer and UGC program. You’ll manage the program end to end: identifying creators, building relationships, developing briefs and concepts, negotiating partnerships, and turning great creator work into a repeatable growth channel.
